Best Learning and Development Strategy:

Description: To identify and recognize the strategy used by organization to promote effective learning environment during the period from Jan 2022 to Dec 2022.
Who can apply? :Organization who use talent development as a strategic business tool to get results. The new strategy should be applied between Jan 2022 to Dec 2022. In case an organization does not have separate L&D team whoever has made significant strategic change in L&D sphere can also apply for this award.

Learning Champ

Objective: The award aims to recognize young dynamic individual working in the L&D functions within retail companies. The candidate with his / her innovation should have made a huge impact in the way, L&D functions in their respective organizations
Who can Apply: L&D Professionals working within retail companies who are under 35 years of age as on 31 March 2022
Application Category: Individual

Screening Process:

  • Preliminary judges – (stalwart from other industry) to evaluate the application online
  • 5 finalists to be shortlisted based on scoring
  • Finalist to present on 18 January 2023 in front of Grand Jury.
  • Each finalist to get total 7 mins which includes 5 mins presentation and 2 mins of Q&A from the Grand jury
  • Winner to be announced on 18 January 2023


Timelines:

  • Application link opens on 3 November 2022
  • Entries close on 30 November 2022
  • Announcement of shortlisted candidates by 28 December 2022


Eligibility to apply:

  • Retail Organization
  • RAI member & non-member both can apply
  • The organisation should have introduced the innovative solutions in Learning & Development process starting from Jan 2022 onwards
  • The project should be submitted for awards under this category for the first time
  • In case of Learning champ:
  • The applicant should be under 35 years of age as on March 2022
  • pplicant should be recognized and nominated by the CHRO for his / her significant contribution to the organization. Endorsement letter from the CHRO is mandatory


Terms & Condition:

  • 1. For Learning Champ- Max 4 entries from each organisation (1 entry per format allowed) (Please Note: If your organization receives the award, you agree to share enough information about the evidence-based practice or initiative... The information can be shared in any one of the variety of formats that include RAI magazine- STOrai , Website, or any other medium)
  • 2. Attach PPT - File Size (20 MB) (This should have all the supporting docs, numbers, data etc. in a single file)
  • 3. Criteria: at least 6 months data required to substantiate the process effectiveness
  • 4. Incomplete entries would be disqualified
  • 5. No applications will be entertained after the close of the application date.
  • 6. There will be no extension of report submission deadlines.
  • 7. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondences will be entertained upon confirmation of results.
  • 8. All shortlisted finalist will be informed at least a week prior to the event date to plan their travel and for preparations for the final presentation
