Description – Recognizing organizations that demonstrates enterprise wide success as a result of employee talent development

Objective: To identify and recognize the strategy used by organization to promote effective learning environment during the period from April 2020 to March 2021.

Who can apply? : Organization who use talent development as a strategic business tool to get results. The new strategy should be applied in FY 20 – 21. In case an organization does not have separate L&D team however has made significant strategic change in L&D spear can also apply for this award.

Objective: The award aims to recognize young dynamic individual (less than 35 years of age as on 31st March 2020) working in the L&D functions within retail companies. The candidate with his / her innovation should have made a huge impact in the way, L&D functions in their respective organizations
