Description: Recognizing organizations that demonstrate enterprise-wide success as a result of employee talent development
Objective: To achieve the highest levels of organizational performance requires a well-executed approach to organizational and personal learning that includes sharing knowledge via systematic processes. Organizational learning includes both continuous improvement of existing approaches and significant change or innovation, leading to new goals and approaches. This category evaluates & recognize the effort put by organization from April 2021 onwards to bring in change to their learning approach through various initiatives.
Who can apply? :Organization which uses talent development as a strategic business tool to get results. The new strategy should be applied from April 2021. In case an organization does not have separate L&D team, whoever has made significant strategic change in L&D sphere can also apply for this award.

Objective: The award aims to recognize young dynamic individual working in the L&D functions within retail companies. The candidate with his / her innovation should have made a huge impact in the way, L&D functions in their respective organizations
Who can Apply: L&D Professionals working within retail companies who are less than 35 years of age as on 31 March 2021
